<p>Fortunately, few basic changes of your way of using computer discussed below can scientifically reduce these symptoms.</p>
<p>Place Your Monitor Properly: The most effective and easiest way to avoid discomfited eye or head movements can be <span id="more-562"></span>eliminated by repositioning your computer monitor. The distance should be 18 to 28 inches and placed squarely in front of you with the monitor-top leveled with your eyes. Also, you may have to regulate the angle of the monitor to keep your eyes in a natural, slightly down and straight ahead position. 10 to 20 degrees below the eye level is the perfect viewing angle. Moreover, attach the copy you are working with on a document holder at identical level of the computer screen.</p>
<p><strong>Glare Care:</strong> Harsh reflections and glares can be eliminated by modifying the lighting of your office. Find out first the source of glare; see if it is the task light, the window or the computer display itself. Firstly, adjust curtains or blinds to minimize sunlight. The overhead lights should be turned down to balance the brightness of the surrounding room and the screen. Don’t make it too dark since the contrast between lack of background light and computer-generated light cay cause eye strains. Position your task lights to provide light directly for reading and other office tasks; don’t let it shine directly on the monitor. Use a hood or a monitor glare screen and use larger font size since legibility of display is a vital factor in viewing performance. <p>Cigarette ash and automobile pollution irritate your eyes and redden them. So you should not wear contact lenses at such places. Contact lenses remain close to your eyes and dirt accumulated on them has more chances of affecting your eyes.</p>
<p>Cupping your palms around your eyes, gently without allowing any light for 10 minutes, and doing this three times a day is a simple practice that allows your eyes to relax and then when you expose them to bright day light, they welcome it with a soothing feeling.</p>
<p>If your eyes feel tired, go to a basin, cup your palms with cool water and splash them on your eyes. Cold water provides instant relief to eyes and takes the pressure and heat away.</p>
<p>Take a couple of ice cubes, cover them in a cotton cloth and place it on your eyes. Relax. Let it be for 10-15 minutes. This again takes away the heat from your tired eyes and makes them feel cool and relaxed.</p>
<p>Raise your shoulders and rotate them in a circular motion, continue doing this for a couple of minutes. In the same way, rotate your head by starting with the chin down, then raising it to your left shoulder, next swinging it back and lastly raising it to the other shoulder and finally lowering it to the initial position. Do the same the other way round too. This exercise is very helpful in maintaining good blood circulation around the eye muscles and helping them remain healthy.</p>

Since longer hours outdoors can affect your eye sight then before you leave your home put on the sunglasses that filter out at least 90% of the ultraviolet rays from the sun.</p>
<p>We should also have the right cloth to ware depending on the climate condition and be aware that light weight, tightly-woven shirts and long pants will actually reduce the amount of sun rays entering the body. Under hot summer conditions it is advisable to put on light colored cotton and something else you consider is the hat that covers the temples, ears, face and the back of your neck.</p>
<p>You should remember to teach your kids about the sun safety and keeping the newborn babies away from the sun to protect their future. Another step you can try is making sure you get right vitamin D for you and your family from green vegetables and carrots which have a lot of vitamins. That will be protecting them from the eye sight problem and other related diseases.</p>

<p>If you still feel full in your ears, then it is time to get medical help. Get a stronger drop from your doctor to soften the earwax or with special instruments or a suction device, the doctor himself may remove it. Keep checking your ears regularly so that you can solve the problem before it becomes a major one.</p>
