Since the clinic is visited by all sorts of patients with different ailment, utmost importance needs to be given to the hygiene of the clinic. Disinfectants should be used to clean the place at regular intervals say after every hour. When the doctor is examining the patients he should ensure that he wears gloves, since he is dealing with patients who would be carrying all sorts of viruses and germs on them. After examining each patient the doctor should change the gloves he has used. Always remember to use disposal needles and once the needle is used it has to be thrown. The water supplied to patients should be mineral water because water is one of the main agents via which a lot of illnesses spread. Perform complete cleaning for the entire premises with regular intervals, maybe weekly or monthly, so that the disinfection is done properly. Discourage those who are making the environment dirty with spits, throwing papers and other used materials here and there. Overall, try to spread awareness among your patients regarding hygiene.
